Terms and Conditions - Rhino-Rack A4A Redemption Competition 

1. This offer is open to any Australian resident aged 18 and over excluding employees of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack Distributors & immediate relatives of employees of Rhino-Rack.

2. To claim, a prospective entrant must purchase 1x Rhino-Rack Pioneer and 1x Rhino-Rack Backbone and upload a receipt of purchase to https://www.rhinorack.com/en-au/all-4-adventure-redemption and complete the form.

3. One claim per purchase is permitted. Purchase and claim need to be made between 12:00pm Friday 1st January 2021 (Australian EST) and 9:00am Wednesday 31st of March 2021 (Australian EST) to be considered valid.

4. The first 100 valid claims (while stocks last) will receive a Rhino-Rack accessories pack including the Rhino-Rack Stow It, Rhino-Rack Spade, and a Rhino-Rack beach towel valued at over $200 Inc GST. Until such time as stock is exhausted.

5. Successful claimants will be notified via email during the promotional period between 12:00pm Friday 1st January 2021 (Australian EST) and 9:00am Wednesday 31st of March 2021 (Australian EST).

6. Rhino-Rack must receive redemptions during the Promotional Period. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted claims. Rhino-Rack is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.

7.Rhino-Rack will distribute the accessories pack throughout the promotional period 12:00pm Friday 1st January 2021 (Australian EST) and 9:00am Wednesday 31st of March 2021 (Australian EST).

8. The Winner will be eligible to claim one prize pack, as follows;     a. Rhino-Rack Stow It utility holder    b. Rhino-Rack Spade c. Rhino-Rack Beach Towel 9. No portion, either part or whole of the prize may be transferable as cash or in any other form unless where explicitly stated and approved by Rhino-Rack.

10. Rhino-Rack will cover the cost of shipping (via road freight) the prize to the prize winner and will only be liable for delivery to an Australian address. Rhino-Rack makes no guarantees with regards to delivery time frames or stock availability of selected prizes. Claimants must identify a delivery address located within Australia. Redemption from overseas delivery addresses are not valid.

11. Rhino-Rack will not be liable for any costs or labour relating to fitting/installation of the prizes. This must be arranged by the prize winner at their expense.

12. Any personal information obtained from entrants via this competition will only be used by Rhino-Rack and will not be released to any third party.

13. Rhino-Rack shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained (including through negligence) in connection with or arising from the promotion or any claim, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.

15. Rhino-Rack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all redemptions from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the Claim process or the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions of claim, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person. This competition may be withdrawn by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice.

16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion without prior notice.

17. Rhino-Rack reserves the right to terminate the competition if all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Redemption Claim and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.

18. This Terms and Conditions document may be amended by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice.

19. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of claims.

20. All entries become the property of the promoter. The Promotors privacy policy (https://www.rhinorack.com/en-au/privacy-policy) contains information about how the promotor will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the privacy act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to the promotor. The promotor collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To improve our services and provide better content the promoter may keep track of patterns of use in the emails and email newsletters sent. By supplying the promoter your personal information for this promotion, you have given us permission to communicate to you via mail, email, SMS, MMS, Facebook and telephone indefinitely to inform you about products and services we deliver relevant to our industry or until unsubscribed.
