Terms and Conditions – Rhino-Rack Bonus Stow-It Utility Holder Redemption Offer
1. This redemption offer is open to any Australian resident aged 18 and over excluding employees of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack Distributors & immediate relatives of employees of Rhino-Rack.
2. To enter, a prospective entrant must purchase 1x Rhino-Rack Pioneer and 1x Rhino-Rack Backbone and upload a receipt of purchase to www.rhinorack.com/redemption and complete the form.
3. One entry per email address is permitted. Email address must be valid to be entered. Invalid email addresses will not be accepted as a claim. Purchase and claims need to be made between 12:00pm Tuesday 1st March 2022 (Australian EDST) and 11:59pm Thursday 31st of March 2022 (Australian EDST) to be considered valid.
4. The first 1,000 valid entries will receive a Rhino-Rack Stow It Utility Holder (RSIT) valued at over $119.
5. Approved claimants will be notified via email during the promotional period between 12:00pm Tuesday 1st March 2022 (Australian EDST) and 11:59pm Thursday 31st of March 2022 (Australian EDST).
6. Rhino-Rack must receive entries during the Promotional Period. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. Rhino-Rack is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
7. Rhino-Rack will distribute the accessories pack throughout the promotional period 12:00pm Tuesday 1st March 2022 (Australian EDST) and 11:59pm Thursday 31st of March 2022 (Australian EDST).
8. The Claimant will be eligible to claim one prize Rhino-Rack Stow It Regular utility holder (RSIT) $119.
9. No portion, either part or whole of the prize may be transferable as cash or in any other form unless where explicitly stated and approved by Rhino-Rack.
10. Rhino-Rack will cover the cost of shipping (via road freight) the prize to the prize winner and will only be liable for delivery to an Australian address. Rhino-Rack makes no guarantees with regards to delivery time frames or stock availability of selected prizes. Any shipping arrangements and associated costs to a location outside of Australia will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Delivery of the gift can take up to four (4) weeks from the date a claim is verified and approved as valid. Delivery will be left in a safe place with no signature required, if no safe place is available Australia Post will leave a card advising that a parcel is at your local Post office for pickup. Items will be available for up to 2 weeks.
11. Rhino-Rack will not be liable for any costs or labour relating to fitting/installation of the prizes. This must be arranged by the prize winner at their expense.
12. Any personal information obtained from entrants via this redemption offer will only be used by Rhino-Rack and will not be released to any third party. By making your claim you are agreeing to subscribe to Rhino-Rack communications.
13. Rhino-Rack shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained (including through negligence) in connection with or arising from the promotion or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
15. Rhino-Rack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions of entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person. This redemption offer may be withdrawn by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion without prior notice.
17. Rhino-Rack reserves the right to terminate the redemption offer if all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
18. This Terms and Conditions document may be amended by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice.
19. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
